In our members' words
No scripts and no actors. This is what people who train with us actually say.
Classes: nobody trains alone
Boxing, HYROX, calisthenics, spin, yoga and more. Every class takes complete beginners, and every coach will give you an easier option if something's too much. Stand at the back if you like. Most members tell us the classes are the reason they keep coming back. Times to suit early starts, lunch breaks and after work.

Personal training: a plan, and someone in your corner
Every new member gets a free PT session, so you can try it before deciding anything. Your trainer will show you how the kit works, build a plan you'll actually stick to, and change it as you go. No pressure to buy more sessions.
