HIIT training vs Boxing. In this class, we mix things up and keep you busy with lots of variety! Expect fast paced combos, bag work and an assortment of bodyweight exercises. This combination, packed in to a 45 minute session will leave you feeling invigorated and ensures you’re burning fat long after the class is finished.
