Underground Gym is shaking up the class scene with a new series of Group X Sessions and the 1st one to drop is 'Relentless'!
'Relentless' is based on 3 minute blocks broken down into 6 x 30 seconds targeting the whole body using Spin, Kettlebells and body weight as the main culprits!
Join us as we Push, Pull, Squat, Jump, Ride and Swing!
