We have a unique way to welcome you to the Underground Gym family. Every new member gets 1 free personal training session. You’ll get a full introduction to all the cardio and strength equipment so you feel like you know what you’re doing. Also, to help you progress quickly, your trainer will include a personalised workout programme and diet plan.
