Legs, Bums and Tums is a type of class that’s proving popular here with the UG family. The class aims to use exercises such as lunges, squats and steps so that you can take the fat off your legs, your bum and your tum. In short, we want you to look great, feel great and get your heart beating.
What do you do in Legs, Bums and Tums Class?
In a Legs, Bums and Tums class, you’ll target those specific areas, you’ll burn fat and tone up. You can expect to do classic, time-tested exercises such as lunges and squats in a class environment with other people for an uplifting vibe. You’ll find lots of bodyweight exercises in class, as well as exercises using dumbbells but everything will have a focus on high repetitions so you can burn that fat and tone up those muscles.
What do I need to bring to Legs, Bums and Tums Sessions?
Bring your enthusiasm, your desire to tone up and a towel. Also, bring some water so you don’t get dehydrated, and a change of clothing for afterwards because you can definitely expect to get a sweat on during the class.
What to wear to Legs, Bums and Tums Class
You don’t need any special equipment but you’ll do well to wear a loose-fitting t-shirt and perhaps some gym leggings or loose-fitting joggers. Shorts are also an option.
