How Does Hybrid Training Work?
Throwing ,Weights, Bodyweight and a Cardio component together in a sequence against the clock and you will tap into multiple energy systems and get your backside handed to you in a fun and unforgiving way, This feeling will test you physically and mentally, However this style of training will get you into amazing condition.
What Equipment Will you use in Hybrid Training?
Within the session you will use:
- Ski Ergs
- Assault Bikes
- Outside running
- Kettlebells
- Barbells
- Med & Slam Balls
- Sleds / tyres
How often should I do Hybrid Training?
Since Hybrid Training is such an intense workout, it’s important to incorporate rest days in between. Aim to train two to three, non-consecutive days per week. Doing the exact same workout two or more days in a row prevents muscles from recovering and getting stronger.
