With the guidance of our trainers, you’ll be able to easily track your progress and see your results. Your program is tailored to you, with personalised goals and sessions, and the ability to attend one to three personal training sessions a week so you can get the most out of your sessions.
What to Expect From Your First Session
From day one, our trainers will work with you, get to know you, and help you set goals that you're happy with. We'll be with you every step of the way, and consistently review your progress with you after 4, 8, and 12 weeks. We'll take precise measurements to give us and you a clear understanding of what your body needs. We'll also set you up with a nutrition plan to make sure your body is fuelled with the right nutrients for your training and lifestyle.
