Been here for 2 weeks now and really love the atmosphere. Been to other gyms before that are quite uncomfortable but its not like that here. Decent equipment and good staff that are always around to help.
This is my 6th week at Underground Gym and already i have seen the benefits. My muscle tone has improved, fat ratio is down, and endurance up, etc.
If you are new to the gym scene don't let the huge array of machines and equipment put you off. Equally, don't be scared off by the muscle bound bodies of the customers and staff. Everyone i have spoken to has been lovely, the clients are friendly and happy to help, and the staff are amazing. I have never known a gym with so many super proffessional and qualified staff ranging from ex pro boxers, high jumpers, weight lifting champs and bikini models.
Joining underground gym will be the best decision you make today.

There is just about every machine or equipment that you need, and it's full of wanna be gymshark posers so it's great for entertainment too!
Although if you don't like posers don't let it put you off... as it's full of great and friendly members who will help you progress and take your training to the next level.
Oh also has parking 10/10

Personal trainers (very knowledgeable), classes are incredible. Wide variety of gymn equipment more than I've seen in other gymns I've been too in Brighton. Top notch 👌🏼
Equipment is good. Sometimes it gets very crowd though, with everything that comes with too much people
Great gym, every piece of equipment you could want and plenty of it. Nice atmosphere, friendly and reasonably priced!
