My main focus as a Personal Trainer is to help women build their confidence alongside their strength & fitness. I use a holistic approach with my clients meaning that we look at lifestyle coaching as well as a training program so that the importance of health, wellness & longevity is understood & utilised daily. I believe that we should build a strong, mobile & functional body whilst also still enjoying every day life!
