I’ve always been interested in health and fitness but like a lot of us, life gets in the way and I lost my way and what my priorities should be. My focus became about work and having a good time (drinking and partying) to relieve the stress. As a result my overall wellness saw a steady decline.
I decided changes had to be made and took the big decision to change career and get into the health and wellness industry.
10 years later, through a set of random meets and actions, Sol and I ended up opening the first Underground Gym in 2014 and haven’t looked back since.
3 gyms later we are at last opening up Coached, a concept that we have wanted to implement for years now.
We want to empower lifelong health, wellness and mental fitness.
We’re driven to motivate our members minds. Educate our members brains. And inspire them into the best shape of their life — physically, emotionally, mentally, permanently.
Sol has well over 30 years experience of helping his clients change their lives through a variety of Training and Nutritional protocols.
Sol started off from humble beginnings as a professional athlete competing in one of the toughest sports Mixed martial Arts then when he retired to expanding his network of clients from training celebs and working on various TV shows spreading the message of Health & Wellness.
In 2014 opened the first of Three Underground Gyms. Sol has always sought to find new ways to connect with more and more people and bring them into the health and wellness space and show them that fitness can be fun and engaging and with the right guidance you can achieve more than you ever though was possible. Sol feels that The Health & Fitness industry is full of misguided information and with more and more people realising that their Health is the Real Wealth Sol has set out to provide clarity with his training methods and in this next exciting venture is super happy to be bringing this New Era in Health & Wellness with Alan in “Coached”.
I’ve always had an involvement in sport & fitness and now have over 10 years experience teaching in the industry.
After training as a dancer I decided to turn my focus onto training as a group fitness instructor which then led me on to qualify as a personal trainer with a keen interest in boxing.
I take on a hands on yet enjoyable approach to training with clients. I am lucky enough to have worked with people from all walks of life, and believe that with the right approach, understanding and support that no goal is unachievable.
As a personal trainer and yoga teacher, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I have a passion for fitness and yoga that I love to share with my clients, and I believe that a balanced holistic approach to wellness is the key to success. I am patient, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help my clients achieve their desired results.
I am currently studying Sport and Exercise Science BSc (Hons) and enjoy my expanding knowledge and experience to assist my clients in obtaining optimal results from their programs, sessions and classes. I take great pride in seeing my clients make progress and reach their goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, I am here to help you take your health and wellness journey to the next level and will be there to support you every step of the way.
