Teaching you all the tips and tricks on lifting techniques. How you execute an exercise is one of the most important factors to getting long term results. We show you how. This class runs in cycles of 4 weeks and allows members to learn the ins and outs of squats, deadlifts, and upper body push/pulls. All levels welcome.
